That's Where We Belong

A few weeks back we posted Baby Monster's new single "She Comes Alive," it's been one of my favorite songs recently. Needless to say, the song has been begging for remixes and the wait is over. England's Jocks has put his slow motion disco touches on the song and added fantastic plucking synths and dreamy production that make the song much more than it was before.

Here's a song that came out a few weeks ago that has been getting heavy play recently. Sunglasses make catchy electro pop that seems to seamlessly combine genres into an easily danceable party starting brand of music that is all their own.

Last week I posted a song by Texas producer Bryce Isbell, who puts out music under the moniker FUR. Here's another song from him; a filtered, after-hours disco gem. This is a funky piece of post-latenight magic that sounds like french house on quaaludes. Definitely download this one.

To finish things off here's an old favorite remix classic. This track is ancient in blog years but is still worth a listen. Remember The Teenagers? Sort of a gimmick act, but they actually churned out some pretty solid remixes. Here's their take on "City" by Lo-Fi Ink. It's sounds like a lot of other Teenagers tracks but without the kitsch of their originals, add this one to your weekend rotation.

Tweezy Out.
